At TWF workshops and symposiums, details on ongoing research are shared, proposals on research focus for the next generation, skilling models and methods to adequately address industry demands, policy directions to build national welding capacities, implementation structure to promote domestication of simple to complex manufacturing responsibilities, experiences from projects and approach to effective technical collaborations across member countries and shared.Presentations will focus on sharing experiences and technical details on how countries in Africa can effectively and efficiently grow national content in welding towards maximizing other industries.
